The song is a semi-fear about the evolution of technology and how it appears to be evolving faster than we are. Bellamy was apparently on magic mushrooms when he recorded it. It is also rumored that the meaning of the song is his love for his guitar, or it could be criticizing todays new technologies such as the Internet, which are supposed to be encouraging people to communicate when it really separates them. After a few minor hits , muse released this . It grabs hold & shakes you .WAKEY WAKEY . the start of something massive from the uk's greatest rock band
