Kaiser Chiefs are an alternative rock band which formed in Leeds, England in early 2003. The band consists of Ricky Wilson (vocals), Andrew White (guitar), Simon Rix (bass), Nick "Peanut" Baines (keyboards) and Nick Hodgson (drums). The band has released three albums as of 2005 and have released 11 singles, including the hits I Predict A Riot, Oh My God, Ruby and Never Miss A Beat. Although not necessarily my fave tune I think this song epitomises the decade perfectly.

the 1st time i heard this my girlfriend put this on at her house and we pogo,ed like teenagers. i was 41. she's a couple of years younger. hope to get married. this will be the 1st dance. forever young ;-)

I agree possibly not best of the naughties but didn't a lot of good stuff suddenly come along after this? My husband had a horrific motorbike accident in september 2000 and this is the song that brought me out of the 'fog' back into reality and enjoying life to the full again! Son was 11 at the time - just saw his first Kaiser concert this year!!

Great live, this song gets played at christmas parties, weddings and birthdays, in clubs and on dukeboxes. It is a wonderful song, everyone immediately recognises it, and then they either sing along (as the words are simple and easy to remember) or if they're out bounce along to it. Its a feel good song, and I believe that's the kinda song we need for the Song of the Decade. There's my reasons, now com'on get voting for the Kaiser's!

This isn't my favourite band or favourite song by them but I listen to this and Its just a song you can really associate with the naughtys... thats why i think its a brilliant song to represent the decade. :D
