I'm not a particularly big fan of Rap music. For Eminem, and this song in particular, I make an exception. The first time I heard this song was in the trailer for 8 Mile when I was at the cinema to see The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Just hearing the song gave a burst of adrenaline, you hear it and feel you can do anything you want. It truly is inspirational and is without a doubt the greatest song of the decade.

The guy doesn't bulls*it and says it like it is. I'm 45yrs now and a big Rock Fan, but this now nostalgia!

This one stands up as a classic, especially if you've seen 8 Mile. "Lose Yourself" is a deliriously unique song that makes you want to go change the world.
